About the speakers:
He has been building his professional career since 2001, and in 2002 he founded Burek.com, the largest online community in the area with more than 2,200,000 members. As a designer, developer and project manager, he has worked on more than 350 projects for clients from 28 countries in the last few years as part of the Simplicity team.
As an Internet marketing consultant, he has collaborated with more than 50 of the world's most renowned brands regarding their presence in the local market. He speaks publicly on entrepreneurship, marketing and business development and self-employment. He also writes. Maybe too much. The FTW.rs blog, on which he writes on previously mentioned topics, has been repeatedly voted one of the best in the region. He loves sports and writes about it on Sportske.net. He is the Deputy President of the Conference of the Co-Founders of the Registry of the National Internet Domain of Serbia and editor-in-chief of MojaFirma.rs.
Tobias is an engineer and project manager who is driven by the passion of working in the intersection of IT and organizational development. His career in IT started at ORTEC BV, a Dutch company that develops and implements sophisticated optimization software and analytical tools in the logistic sector. He has since worked as a consultant and project manager, naming Wallmart, Hoyer GmbH and other large companies among the clients.
Ivana Petrovic is in the ecommerce business. She is entrepreneur and along with her husband, she runs an e-commerce consulting agency, Optimus Media.
Ivana is also a head of marketing at an international e-commerce company. In the last two years, she has created marketing strategies and funnels for 6 e-commerce in micro-niches in the US market and brought them from zero to six-digit sales in less than a year. Four out of six brands have been sold. She lives in Serbia, in one place, but in three time zones.
After graduating from Subotica Tech - College of Applied Sciences as a mechanical technical engineer, Zoltán Kaszás obtained his economics degree at the Corvinus University, then an MBA. During his career, he worked for Szerencsejáték Zrt. (state owned gambling service provider), continued at Magyar Posta Zrt. (Hungarian postal service) as a strategic IT manager, then went on to work as the IT officer of Budapest Airport, the MOL Group and, last but not least, OTP Serbia. During this time, his tasks included formulating, implementing and managing the IT strategy, also, he contributed to several major projects, and managed the IT aspects of a nuimber of acquisition procedures.
Zoltán Kaszás joined T-Systems Hungary in 2015, as head of the Infocommunications Solutions Division, and from January 11, 2017 he has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Under his leadership, during the past few years, T- Systems Hungary achieved spectacular results in supporting the company's own and the customer's digital transformation. Since 2017 he has been president of the Hungarian Connected and Automated Mobility Cluster of Zala and head of the multinational chapter of the IVSZ Association for Digital Economy. Also since 2017 he has been board memebr of the E2 Hungary Energy Trading and Services Ltd., and, since 2018, a board member of ETOSZ (Association of Health Technology Suppliers and Medical Device Manufacturers).
He has been involved in the growth of both small and medium-sized businesses and large multinational companies for 8 years, working on many different projects.
Philip gives great importance to communication and people as an integral part of every business success. With the evolution of digital communication channels, he started implementing them successfully in the strategic processes that he creates for the Digital Transformation Center.
He considers digital transformation as a natural process and looks forward to his role in growth to which it will contribute to the activities of the Digital Transformation Center.
