About the Speakers: 

Miroslav Varga

Miroslav Varga graduated as a Mechanical Engineer and shipbuilder, University of Zagreb and he also graduated from two postgraduate studies. He's the only one in the world who owns a GCT certificate (Google certified trainer) with a grandfather status. This is probably the best proof that he is in this business a long time and that he has fixed errors that others didn't even managed to create yet. His lectures are always highly valued and followed.    

Siniša Raković

Sinisa is the Founder & CEO of Hunch. He is serial entrepreneur, advisor, and investor. In 2005 he moved from California to Belgrade to launch his first company which was acquired in 2010. He'll be talking about what one company can use creative automation to acquire and scale customers on Facebook and Instagram.

Andor Koza

He is the co-founder of  Studio Present, a digital agency. With over 10 years of experience in digital he is helping businesses in creating strategies for online performance. He will be speaking about why investing in digital needs to be treated as an investment instead of an expense. He will be presenting through case studies all the different ways that businesses could use the potential of digital in order to improve certain aspects of doing business, increase profits, improve productivity and how to use tools in the right way that are accessible today.

Miroslav Aničin

Graduated electrical engineering on the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Zagreb in study of radiocommunication and professional electronics. He has a PhD in Industrial Engineering / Management Engineering from University of Novi Sad Faculty of Technical Sciences. He has over 25 years of experience as a consultant in project management, agile and digital transformations, business analysis and business process management with focus on Lean Agile Transformation projects. He's specialty is rescuing IT projects in crisis. He's the current president of PMI branch in Serbia (International Institute for project management). He has led multiple successful projects, usually involving improvements of business processes and IT. He was leading projects focused on implementing ERP systems, large international e-Commerce solutions, as well as developing various applicative solutions. Currently he is working on transformational projects in bank and TELCO sectors and as an Agile Project Manager of an American company Toptal.

Dimitrije Ostojić

Dimitrije Ostojić - He's an owner of an online marketing agency Default Design and he is the first ever online conference organiser in this area - LeadCon. He is combining different models of online communications in order to help companies to find new customers, increase sales and improve productivity.
